Mark Resnick
Mark Resnick founded this firm in 1999. Mr. Resnick is a 1993 graduate of the University of Arizona and a 1998 graduate of California Western School of Law. While at California Western School of Law, Mr. Resnick worked for a prominent personal injury firm in La Jolla, California. Mr. Resnick is also a former City of Tucson Public Defender where he defended primarily Driving Under the Influence and Domestic Violence cases. Over the last ten years, he has built his practice to include all criminal cases from misdemeanors to homicide and also represents victims of personal injury and the negligence of others. Several of his cases have been followed by local newcasters.
Mr. Resnick was born in New York City and has lived throughout the United States and Canada, graduating high school in Phoenix, Arizona. As a United States Marine he served in posts throughout the world including Korea, the Phillippines, Japan, and the Persian Gulf.
He currently practices in all criminal courts in the State of Arizona including the Federal Arizona District Court.
